car wash

Bill and Rosalie  came to Virginia to visit , and they wanted to wash their car , Rosalie ask me where they could get the car washed, I told them that i take my car to the river , they said ok , so i go with them.

They had a red convertible  and when we got to the river you had to drive in the river , the water was about 5 inches deep at this crossing  and you could drive across the river to a road on the other side, so i got out and walked in the water guiding Bill and Rosalie  as to where to drive .Bill drove a little to far to the right . Washed the car and when we was ready to leave he was stuck . I had to walk about a mile to find help , i saw a farmer that had a tractor. The farmer came  and pulled the car out..Rosalie never let me forget that. We had many laughs about it over the years
