Rosalie May Fowler, 84, of Owings Mills passed away on May 9, 2016 at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. She was born on May 28, 1931 in Baltimore to the late George and Evelyn (nee Larrick) Lugenbeel. She was married to the late William Fowler.

Mrs. Fowler had worked as a secretary with Baltimore County Schools.

She is survived by her daughter Deborah and husband William Baker, Karen and her husband Craig Capizzi and Edward Fowler; grandchildren Michael Capizzi, Todd Baker, David Baker and Amanda Fowler; great grandchild Chad Straw.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Thursday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, 10am. Interment in Loudon Park Cemetery.
