Ola Kathryn Shipe, 93, of Owings Mills died on March 27, 2013 at Northwest Hospital Center. She was born on November 11, 1919 in Rippon, WV to the late George Russel and Valley Russell Whittington Shipe. She was married to the late Robert Shipe.
She had worked as a Nursing Aide and Cook for many years. She enjoyed to play the piano, organ and the accordion. She loved to read the Bible and work on word books and crocheting. She loved her family and enjoyed being with them.
She is survived by daughters and sons in laws; Leola and husband Price Tracey of Owings Mills, Barbara and husband Joe Enochs of North Carolina and Marsha and husband Fred Siperko of Owings Mills; Also survived by two sisters and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Predeceased by daughter and son Susan Shipe and George R. Wayne Shipe.
Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown on Saturday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Service will be held Monday 11am at the funeral home. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Online condolences may be made at www.ElineFuneralHome.com
