I am truly saddened to learn of Mark's passing and my deepest condolences and prayers are with his wife and family. In the two decades that I worked with Mark, his dedication to our service members and veterans was without equal. His constant enthusiasm was contagious and I will miss those Mark bear hugs. His mark was made in the Nation's Capital City and will be remembered. Rest well good friend.
