Condolences

Condolence From: David Towne
Condolence: Please accept my deepest sympathy and condolences. Phil worked with us at The National Library of Medicine for many years performing a specialized, difficult and tiring job. May all those he left behind be comforted in this sorrowful time, and know that you are not alone in your grief.

Condolence From: Dorothy Trinh
Condolence: Dear Becky,
I'm so shocked and saddened by the news of Phil's passing.... I sat next to your father at NLM, and I remember fondly all our chats whenever I came into the office. Your dad was so knowledgable in so many areas, and I learned ALOT from him--about opera, finance, biking, you name it! :-) But I remember especially your father's great love for your mom, as she would meet with him for lunch every day, and they'd kid and joke with each other so lovingly. And he spoke of your accomplishments too--he LOVED YOU so much! (I still have the beautiful butterfly photograph on my wall over my desk!) I am certain that BOTH your parents are watching over you now, Becky....
