Condolences

Condolence From: Jessica Kiel
Condolence: I knew Ted from his many years at the Loading Dock where he seemed to know every customer by name and always had a welcoming smile. Over that time, he shared many pictures of Bella and Ginger and home improvement projects, among others. I didn’t know him well, but I looked forward to seeing him whenever I walked in the door—hearing his warm greeting, getting/giving an update on the ongoings of life, and laughing at his witty comments made in jest to a fellow employee or customer.

Having lost my own fiancé in the last year, I know the grief that comes with losing someone you love. I can only remind you what you already know—Ted was an observant, kind, and funny individual. He was loved, his absence will be noticeably felt, and memories of him not forgotten.

Wishing you comfort and sending strength to help you get through.

Warmly,
Jessica

Condolence From: Elaine Lambert
Condolence: I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Ted’s family. Death is the hardest thing we have to deal with in life. I know my words can’ change anything and can do little to ease the pain you are feeling, so I pray that the God of comfort be with you to help you cope. (2 Thessalonians 2:16,17) Lean on Him in the days to follow. For the Bible’s answers to questions about grief and death please visit JW.org.
