Donald Neil Peters, 74, of Reisterstown passed away on November 21, 2016. He was born on January 26,1942 in West Allis, Wisconsin to the late Darold N. Peters and Gertrude (nee Obermayr) Peters. He was married to Celia M. (nee Hummel) Peters.

Mr. Peters was a retired tele-communications analyst.

He is survived by his wife Celia M. Peters; daughter Ashley N. Peters of Fairfax, VA; son Nicholas J. Peters of Reisterstown; brother Robert and his wife Zoila Peters of CA; brother Richard and his wife Clara Peters of FL; brother Thomas and his wife Edda Peters of WI; brother Nick Peters of WI; predeceased by sisters Delores Chaltry and Betty Hess; survived by brother in laws Richard Chaltry and Gordon Hess; mother in law Celita Hummel; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown on Friday, November 25, 2016, 3-5 & 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, November 26, 2016, 9:30am at Sacred Heart Church, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon, MD.
