Condolence: I was sad to see in this morning's Washington Post that Dick had passed away. I became introduced to DEA through Dick while working for the Howard County Police Department - and thought the world of Dick's insight and dedication in the fight against illegal drugs. It was because of my introduction to DEA through Dick that I made DEA my career as well. Dick will be missed. I offer my most sincere condolences to Dick's family.
