Arthur C.  Risso
Arthur Carstens Risso, 79, of Boring, passed away Tuesday February 21, 2017 at the St. Joseph Medical Center in Towson.

Born December 29, 1937 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Benedetto and Margaret Lehmann Risso. He was the husband of Judith G. Risso, his wife of 30 years.

Mr. Risso was a self-employed master electrician. He was a member of St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hampstead and the Western Maryland Railway Historical Society. He was a train enthusiast and loved model trains.

Surviving, in addition to his wife, are daughters, Dawn Campion of Mount Dora, FL, Deborah Fulton of Glen Burnie and Donna Johnson of Hampstead; son, David Cross of Hampstead; sisters, Freda Miller of Westminster, Grace Jones of Jacksonville, FL and Dottie Bass of Goodlettsville, TN; and eight grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Monday, February 27 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 28 at the funeral home with Pastor Andy Carr officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Violetville.
