James R. Klinefelter, 75, of Owings Mills, passed away on January 16, 2017 at the Dove House in Westminster. He was born on April 1, 1941 to the late William M. Klinefelter, Sr. and Margaret Riley Klinefelter.

He was retired from the Baltimore County Highway Department and was a US Army veteran.

He is survived by his brother Robert M. Klinefelter of Gamber, MD; sister Esther M. Tolley of Westminster; sister C. Jane Smith of Dublin, VA. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother William M. Klinefelter, Jr. and James’ dog, Precious.

Memorial service will be held at the Reisterstown Evergreen Church of the Brethren, 808 Berrymans Lane, Reisterstown, MD 21136, on Saturday, 2pm. Interment private.
