Jack O.  Shifflett
Jack O. Shifflett, 67, of Westminster, went to be with The Lord Sunday July 3, 2016 at his home.

Born May 4, 1949 in Severn, he was the son of the late Jack Arthur and Catherine Mary Potee Shifflett.

He was the owner and operator of Shifflett's Used Auto Parts in Westminster. He was a member of Harvest Life Ministries in Middletown. He enjoyed drag racing and spending time with his family.

Surviving are daughters, Selena M. Astor of Frederick and Kimberly Beitz of Glenville, PA; sisters, Margaret B. Sentous of Los Altos, CA, Mary L. Cooper of Aberdeen, Rhonda S. Kiler of Manchester, Dawn P. Warner of East Berlin, PA, Susan D. Block of Hampstead; brother, John L. Shifflett of Hampstead; four grandsons, Jared, Kirt, and Jordan Seitz and Kolten Zemo; stepson, Jeff Banz and stepdaughter, Jennifer Banz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sister Catherine Toston and brother James Shifflett.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Summers officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Hanover, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Harvest Life Ministries, 6371 Zittlestown Road, Middletown, MD 21769.
