Life Story for Helena W. Brilhart (Wolfgang)

Helena W.  Brilhart (Wolfgang)
Helena W Brilhart, 95, of Brooksville, FL passed away on June 5, 2016 in Miamisburg, OH. Born June 14, 1920 in Lineboro, MD, she was the daughter of the late Curvin and Beulah (Bortner) Wolfgang.

She was a graduate of Manchester High School. Helena worked in the garment industry as a seamstress until her retirement in 1982. She was a member of Lazarus United Church of Christ. She enjoyed quilting, all kinds of crafts, the warm and sunny sky of Florida, volunteering at the Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Fl. She was a voracious reader and the owner of a warm, loving and ever present smile.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Harry Brilhart and their son Terry, her second husband Xavier Cross, her brother Leroy Wolfgang, and sister Gloria (Wolfgang) Kecken.

Surviving are her cousins Elaine Miller of Boston, Massachusetts, John Miller of Youngstown, Ohio, nieces Connie Wolfgang of Garden City, Florida, Linda (Kecken) Sylvester of Riva, Maryland, nephew Larry Kecken of Springboro, Ohio and 10 great nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 13, 2016, from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, MD. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at 11:00 am at the Eline Funeral Home. Interment will be in Lazarus Union Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the Lazarus United Church of Christ.
