Patricia Ann Groth, 76, of Hampstead, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2015 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. Born April 1, 1939 in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Charlton) Cash. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Groth, Sr..

She had been a real estate agent prior to retirement. The greatest joy of her life was spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed growing and caring for her roses and loved spending time with her beloved Cocker Spaniel, Chelsea.

Surviving are her son, Robert L. Groth, Jr. and wife Vicky of Conowingo, MD; daughter, Robyne Fillmore of Leesburg, VA; four grandsons, Robert, Randy, Lucas, Joshua; granddaughter, Kaitlyn; niece, Kimberly Napier and niece Jamee Damron, and nephew Patrick Damron.

She was predeceased by a sister, Susan C. Damron.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 3:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, MD. Memorial services will be held at 4:00 p.m. at the Eline Funeral Home on that day. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the American Diabetes Assn., 2002 Clipper Road, Suite 110, Baltimore, MD 21211.
