Helen Delores Price of Reisterstown passed away on August 9, 2015 at Gilchrist Hospice. Mrs. Price was born on September 6, 1943 in Baltimore, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late William Walter Hare and Florence M. Zyski Hare. Helen is survived by her husband Harry H. Price of 45 years.
Mrs. Price worked at Lions Brothers for over 43 years and at the Dollar Tree in Reisterstown for over 10 years. She was a graduate of Sykesville High School. Helen loved caring for animals especially her dog Chance and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a friend to one and all.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Lisa Barton of New Windsor and son John Price and his wife Kate of Hanover, PA; grandchildren Holly Foster and her husband Nathan of Wise, VA, Amanda and Noah Barton of New Windsor and Amber Price of Hanover, PA; brother John Hare of Glen Burnie. She is predeceased by her brothers Milton and William Hare.
Friends may call at Eline Funeral Home 11824 Reisterstown Road (at Franklin Blvd.) on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 6:00-8:00pm. Funeral Services will be held at the Funeral Home on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 11:00am. Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
