Obituary for Kirby Lee Knill

Kirby Lee Knill, 72, of Owings Mills died on July 22, 2015. He was born on July 15, 1943 to the late George Knill and Dorothy (nee Pittinger) Bosley. He was married to his beloved wife Kitty Knill.

Kirby worked as a supervisor with Giant Foods in Jessup for 22 years. He also owned and operated Kirby’s Tires from 1970 to 1987. He was a Yankees fan and sponsored and played local men’s baseball. He loved spending time with his cat, “Snickers” and going to auctions and collecting antiques.

He is survived by his wife Kitty Knill; son Jeffery and his wife April Knill; step-daughter Karen and her husband Tony Tozzolo; brother Wayne and his wife Rebecca Bosley; sister Kathleen and her husband Al Bouw; step sister Gail and her husband Ray Reid; much loved grandchildren Brianna and Taylor Tozzolo, Savannah, Gabriel and Braedyn Knill; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD Sunday 3-5 & 7-9pm. Service will be held on Monday 10am at the funeral home. Interment in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Uniontown, MD.
