John A. Spampinato,78, of Reisterstown, died Friday, March 15, 2013 at his residence.
Born September 6, 1934 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Alfred James and Margaret Elizabeth Nikol Spampinato. He was the husband of Patricia Strigle Spampinato for over 57 years.
Mr. Spampinato was the Vice President of Philip J. Spampinato, Inc. for 44 years. He later worked as a bookkeeper for ABC Care, Inc. He was a veteran in the United States Army. He loved his family very much.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are his daughter, Robin Pierson of Finksburg, and Son, David Spampinato of Hanover, PA. Father in law of Robert Pierson and Claire Spampinato. Grandchildren Cassandra and Larissa Caple and Adam and Dominic Spampinato, his sisters, Mary E. Spampinato of Carroll County, Catherine Hooper of Baltimore, Elizabeth Lafferty of Carroll County and Margaret Stallings of Darlington, MD
He was predeceased by his brother, Philip J. Spampinato.
The family will receive friends at ELINE FUNERAL HOME 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, on Wednesday 3-5 and 7-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at Sacred Heart Church,Glyndon at 10:00a.m. Interment Lake View Memorial Park.
