Obituary for William E. Kelley
William E. Kelley, 73, of Owings Mills, MD passed away on December 1, 2020 in Cumberland, MD. He was born on August 6, 1947 in Frostburg, MD to the late William H. and Ethel M. (nee Beeman) Kelley. He was married to the late Cynthia Kelley.
Mr. Kelley worked in the manufacture of roof trusses and also worked in landscaping. He was an avid bowler.
He is survived by his sister Dalena “Dee” McElfish, sister Gloria J. Knopp, brother Charles D. Kelley and brother James A. Kelley. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother George L. Kelley.
A private interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
