Obituary

On September 21, 2020 Wilbert August Horner, Sr. of Reisterstown beloved husband of the late Margaret Horner passed away. He was born on September 17, 1939 in Maryland to the late Wilbert and Katherine (nee Polk) Horner.

Mr. Horner was an engineer and the owner of Test Connection.

Father of Wilbert “Bert” Horner and his wife Monica and Michele Reichart and her husband Shawn. Grandfather of Alex, Leah, Addison and Cooper.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 from 4-7pm at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD
(Masks must be worn inside the funeral home. Remember social distancing. A maximum of
40 people are allowed in the funeral home.)

Service and interment at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Thursday, October 1, 2020, 11:30am.
(30 person capacity limit, masks must be worn and social distancing observed)

Not many people know this but last year (July 2019) my son Justin had an accident. While we were away Bill would come over to keep Justin company. What a great guy! Rest In Peace Bill. God bless you.
