Virginia Kathleen Kilgalen, 36, of Owings Mills, MD passed away on May 28, 2020. She was born in Baltimore, MD on January 20, 1984 to Kim E. and Joyce R. (nee Clagg) Collins.
Virginia had been a kitchen aide with Baltimore County School.
She is survived by her parents, Kim E. and Joyce R. Collins; children Josephine Rose Kilgalen, Olivia Violett Kilgalen and Ember Willow Jackson; grandmother Della Clagg and predeceased by grandfather Cecil V. Clagg and grandparents Arthur Stan and Kathleen J. Collins.
Family will receive friends at the Harvest Church of God, 605 Westminster Pike, Reisterstown, MD 21136 on Thursday, June 4, 2020 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Due to COVID-19, this will be a "Pass by" viewing only. Please follow strict COVID-19 guidelines when attending the viewing (masks, distancing, etc).
