Victoria “Vicky / Tolli” Herrera Florencia de Moreira was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on April 11, 2021, at age 60.
She was born to Elena and Julio Herrera on February 25, 1960, in Guayaquil, Ecuador, where she eventually met and fell in love with her husband, Oscar Javier Moreira. Together, they had 3 children: Gladys, Xavier, and Vicky.
Victoria and Oscar made the difficult decision to move to the United States to create a better life for their family. She was the best mom and wife one could ask for. Victoria cherished spending time with her family, pets, and plants. She held a passion for flowers, gardening, and laughing.
Victoria loved spending time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals for her family. She was long considered the glue of her family and she will be dearly missed by all. Always willing to help anyone in need at any time.
A viewing service is scheduled for 6pm on April 16, 2021 at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
