Obituary for Timothy Armacost

Timothy Scott Armacost, 55, of Forest Hill, Maryland, following a long battle of illness passed away peacefully in his wife’s loving arms on Tuesday, March 28th at UM Upper Chesapeake.

Born August 4, 1967 in Baltimore, MD, son of Ronald and Shirley Armacost of Westminster, MD and beloved husband of Donna Wolfe Armacost for 30 years.

His beautiful life will forever be cherished and lovingly remembered by wife, Donna; daughter, Jan Raffael and husband, Mike Raffael of Hampstead, MD; son, Matthew Armacost of Fallston, MD, two grandchildren, Camden and Owen Raffael. Godson, Jacob Boyd of Palmetto, FL; loving Aunt and Uncle, Linda and Mike Bitzel of Tavares, FL., and numerous other relatives. Pre-deceased by sister, Shari Boyd of Palmetto, FL.

Tim was a graduate of North Carroll High School and attended Towson University. Tim was the youngest owner/operator of a Pearle Vision Franchise until 1993 and then he started his own business, Visionary’s and later changed the name to Net2Sky in 2010. He sang with The Chorus of the Chesapeake and also sang in the Three Good Looking Guys Barbershop Quartet.

Tim loved and adored his devoted wife, children, grandchildren, family and faithful dog, Sunshine. He especially loved spending time at “The River” teaching anyone that wanted to learn to waterski, boating, fishing with his Dad, laughing with his friends and telling stories.

A funeral service will be held at Crossroads Church of Hampstead (1041 S. Carroll St, Hampstead, MD 21074) on Wednesday, April 5th with viewing and visitation from 3-5pm and service at 5 p.m. A private interment will take place at a later date.
