Obituary for Ruthalma Christine Billingslea (Fallin)
On November 18, 2021, Ruthalma C. Billingslea, 94, of Owings Mills passed away. She was the wife of the late John N. Billingslea and mother of Hughrine West (Bernard, Sr.). Also survived by two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one sister.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 from 10am until time of service at 11am at St. Mark’s on the Hill, 1620 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208. Interment will be in Maryland National Memorial Park.
