Ronald Lee Blizzard Sr., 69, of Manchester, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 4th 2022. He was the son of Harry and Sarah Blizzard, predeceased, of Hampstead, Maryland. He was a graduate of North Carroll High School, class of 1972. He was an avid racecar driver and enthusiast who enjoyed spending his weekends with family and friends at the dirt track watching the races. In his pastime, he could be found creating woodworking projects, drawing sketches, and generally giving everyone around him a good laugh. He leaves behind his wife Amberly Blizzard of Manchester, MD; sons, Ronald Blizzard Jr. and wife Dena of Gettysburg, PA; Richard Blizzard of Delran, NJ, Jason Blizzard and wife Carolyn of Manchester, MD; daughters, Sarah Blizzard and Allison Blizzard of Manchester, MD; brothers, Raymond Blizzard and wife Janet of Hampstead, MD, David Blizzard Sr. and wife Debbie of Monkton, MD, William Blizzard of Westminster, MD; sister Pamela Tawes and husband John of Manchester, MD, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by son Michael Blizzard, stepson James Kemp Jr., and brother Harry Blizzard Jr.
