Paul Frances Bailey, 87 of Reisterstown, MD, formerly of Baltimore, MD peacefully passed away on November 25, 2019 at his home in Reisterstown, MD. Born on August 23, 1932 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late Charles & Elizabeth Bailey. He was the husband of the late Gladys Francis Bailey who passed away in 2005.

Paul served in the US Navy on the US Waldron DD-699 as a Third Mate. He devoted 32 years of his life working for the Baltimore City Police Department, retiring in 1992 as lieutenant.

He is survived by his children: P. Michael Bailey and wife Kim of Finksburg, MD, Joseph Bailey and wife Gail of Hampstead, MD, Shawn Bailey of Reisterstown, MD, Jennifer Bailey and wife Lacey of Owings Mills, MD; grandchildren: Michael and wife Kristin, Matthew, Kristin, Justin, Danielle Reik and husband Jacob, and Nathan; great grandchildren: Camden and Madden.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 2, 2019 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 11:00 am at Eline Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Lake View Memorial Park in Sykesville, MD.
