Obituary for Patricia Evelyn Landress (Price)

Patricia Evelyn Landress, 81, passed away on September 6, 2020. She was born on March
30, 1939 in Baltimore, MD to the late Kenneth Turner Price, Sr. and the late Evelyn Amelia
(nee Porter) Price. She was married to the late William C. Landress.

Mrs. Landress had worked as a secretary for MD Public Television, St. Vincent’s Catholic
Charities, and Hannah More Center. But her favorite job, was that of mother, wife and
grandmother. She loved to travel with her late husband, family, and friends from Eastern
High School and had many adventures. She loved the theater and musicals and delighted
in her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Landress was an amazing cook and
always made every family gathering special for everyone with her thoughtful and careful
planning. Never afraid to get dirty, she was a camper, and an excellent gardener. A 46 year
survivor of breast cancer, and a 6 year survivor of CML, she was a fighter and an
inspiration. Above all she was a fearless advocate for those she loved and her family’s most
enthusiastic cheerleader.

She is survived by her daughter Cindi Armacost; son Lee Bollhorst and his wife Kylia Bowen; daughter Valery Adams and her husband Michael Adams; brother Kenneth Price; 3 grandchildren Aerin Freniere, Kyle Bollhorst and his wife Robyn, and Rowan Adams; 3 great grandchildren Sienna, Beau, Mia; step-son Steve Landress; step-daughter Terri Landress Haynes.

A family gathering is planned for Sunday, September 13, 2020 from 1pm to 3pm at Eline

If desired contributions may be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.
