I am saddened to learn of Nancy's passing. It was a privilege to work at Carroll County Public Library with Nancy. She was a gentle, caring woman who greeted everyone with a smile. So many benefited from her years as a librarian and I'm sure she inspired many readers over the years. Her dedication was reflected in always putting service to patrons first. I enjoyed talking about gardens with her as that is something we both enjoyed. Nancy was a treasure.
Condolences to her family at this time of loss.

I'm so sorry to hear of Nancy's passing. I am now a children's librarian at the Mount Airy Branch and remember Nancy being one of MY librarians when I was growing up in Hampstead! Condolences to the family at this difficult time.
