On Friday, October 28, 2022, Marlene A. (nee Carter) passed away. She was the wife of Robert S. Eppley for 54 years and was born on February 2, 1947 to the late Mildred Louise (nee Soloman) and Arthur Eugene Carter. In addition to her husband, Marlene is survived by her children; Mark S. Eppley and his wife Stacey and Dawn M. Mohammed and her husband Farhad; grandchildren Corinne E. and Chase N. Eppley. She is also survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew. She was preceded in death by 1 brother and 1 sister, Jack and Charlene Carter and 1 nephew. Marlene adored her family, showering them with her unconditional love. She also loved children and worked with them for many years. She enjoyed camping and doing a variety of crafts. Marlene put a smile on everyone’s face with her humor and sassy personality.

The family will receive friends at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Rd., Reisterstown, MD 21136 on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from 6 to 8 pm. Internment will be in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 10 am.
