Obituary for Lois A. Woodworth
On Sunday, May 29, 2022, Lois A. Woodworth passed away at Longview Nursing Home. Lois was the wife of the late David Lott Woodworth, Jr. She was born on August 4, 1931 in Maryland to Thomas Isaac and Edith May (nee Dawson) Metz.
Lois enjoyed cooking, gardening and being a wonderful mom. She truly loved her children and adored her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Nancy J. Webb and her husband, Richard of Littlestown, PA., David L. Woodworth, III and his wife, Kim of Cockeysville, Kevin K. Woodworth and his wife Cathy of Taneytown and Kerry B. Woodworth and his wife, Karen of Westminster. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 sister and 2 brothers. She was preceded in death by 1 son, Jeffrey S. Woodworth, 6 brothers and 6 sisters.
The family will be having a viewing at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Rd., Reisterstown, MD 21136, Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 2-4 pm. There will be a Funeral Service on Monday, June 6, 2022 at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Internment will be at Druid Ridge Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
