Obituary for John J. D'Anthony Jr.
John J. D'Anthony JR, 94 of Baltimore County passed away on Thursday August 18th, 2022 with his loving family by his side. Born in Baltimore on October 5th 1927, a loving son of the late John & Dorothea D'Anthony SR. On May 21st, 1949 he was united in marriage to Catherine Regan.
Family was always #1 to John. He was his happiest when his family was by his side. John enjoyed cooking and was an avid animal lover.
John was an active member of St. Benedict's Church. The pastor of the church, Pascal Morlino was a very dear friend.
Surviving are his children, Jack (Gail) D'Anthony, Thomas D'Anthony, Sharon Bush and Marilyn Ewing. Beloved Pop-Pop to his grandchildren, Floyd, Adam, Jessica and Danielle. His great grandchildren, Joshua, Zoe, TJ, Riley, Justen, Blake, Abbey, Gia, Parker, Mason, Jaxsen and Ariana. Also several nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his loving wife of 61 years, Catherine. His siblings, Francis D'Anthony, Catherine Crawford, and Edwina Dembowski. Also, his son in law Larry Ewing and son in law Floyd Bush SR.

Family and friends are invited to Eline Funeral Home located at 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Sunday August 28th from 2pm-8pm and funeral Mass on Monday August 29th, 10am at St. Benedict's Church, followed by the burial at Lakeview Cemetery in Eldersburg MD.
