Obituary for Georgeanna M. "Georgie" Servary
Georgeanna Marie “Georgie” (nee Dyson) Servary, 70 of Owings Mills, died March 29, 2023 at Sinai Hospital.
Born May 15, 1952 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Ann C. Dyson and the late Donald M. Dyson. She was the beloved wife of Ronald Earl Servary to whom she was married 43 years.
She had been a homemaker and liked baking cakes and collecting owl figurines. She was an avid duck pin bowler and enjoyed playing bingo at the Fire Department and going to the VFW.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a daughter Tammy Kreimer (David) of Sykesville and brothers Warner Dyson (Barbara) of Magnolia, DE, Donald Dyson, Jr. (Mary) of Baltimore and Kenneth Dyson (Denise)of Westminster. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Sharron Frederick.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 3, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 pm at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD, where services will be held on Tuesday April 4 2023 at 12 noon with Pastor Fred Sipes officiating. Cremation will follow and her remains will be buried at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her name to VFW Post 521, 214 Tollgate Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117 or to the Sykesville Fire Dept., P.O. Box 275, Sykesville, MD 21784.
