Earlene Elkins, 84, of Owings Mills passed away on October 21, 2020. She was born on September 9, 1936 in Harlan, KY. She was married to the late Austin Elkins who passed away in 2002.
Earlene was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son Dennis Elkins and his wife Debbie; son Kenneth Elkins and his wife Margaret; grandson Chase and his wife Jennifer Elkins; grandson Chad and his wife Tina Li-Elkins; great grandchildren Gwenyth and Avery.
Family will receive friends at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, (at Franklin Blvd.) on Monday, October 26, 2020 from 5pm to 7pm. Service will follow at 7:30pm. Private interment in Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
Masks must be worn inside the funeral home. Remember social distancing. A maximum of
40 people are allowed in the funeral home.
