Obituary for Dominga C. Montegrande
Dominga C. Montegrande, 87, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022. She was the wife to Jose N. Montegrande, they were married for 55 years. Dominga was born in the Phillippines to the late Ignacio Tolentino and Teodora (nee Carganilla) Cristobal
In the Phillippines, she earned a Bachelors degree in education and was a teacher for many years until her retirement. She enjoyed cooking and had a "Green Thumb" when it came to caring for plants and flowers. Dominga loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons; Claro and his wife Claire, Dominic, Jake and his wife Erna and Grig and his wife Tsai Montegrande; five grandchildren, Jana, Sophia, Chloe, Leandra and Julian Montegrande; and one brother, Nonito Cristoeal. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Zolia Cuaresna and Ceferina Baldovina.
