Obituary for David Collins Sr.
David Charles Collins, Sr. “Pops” 64, of Reisterstown, Md. passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Saturday, July 29th 2023. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 29th 1958 to the late, Arlene Bobbit and William Collins.
David worked for Honest Abe for several years, he organized and created the Home Improvement division within the company. Being a hard worker was just one of the many qualities he was known for. He loved spending time with his family. David was a great husband, father and Papaw. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Jacklyn Collins (Glock), his children, David, Danielle, and George, grandchildren, Blake, Karter, Hunter and Kensley, brothers, Dennis and Michael, sister, Brenda. David is preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby and Billy.
Family will receive friends at the Eline Funeral Home 11824 Reisterstown Road Reisterstown, MD 21136 on Wednesday , August 2, 2023 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral service will be at the Eline Funeral Home 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136 on Thursday, August 3rd 2023 at 10:00 am. Interment Taylorsville Cemetery UMC.
