Obituary for Brian Christopher Block
Brian Christopher Block, 52, of Hanover, PA passed away Friday, January 14, 2022 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.
Born August 19, 1969 in Towson, MD, he was the son of Bobby and Janice (Hammersla) Block of Westminster, MD.
Mr. Block was a proud union electrician and member of I.B.E.W. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and crabbing and was known to his friends as "Captain Crabby."
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his daughter, Summerlyn Block and son, Garrett Block, both of Hanover, PA; nephew, Jacob Block; niece, Krystal Block; and aunts, Cecelia and Janet.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 21, 2022, from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 2901 Bloom Road, Finksburg, MD. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
Amid present circumstances, the family would like those in attendance to wear masks.
