Anthony Russell 73, of Owings Mills, passed away on August 4, 2023. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 3, 1950.

He was the loving husband of Wendy B. Russell. Devoted father to Bryan A. Russell, Richard A. Russell and David A. Russell and grandfather to Katelyn Russell.

Anthony was a retired Senior Chief with the U.S. Navy for 22 years. He was stationed in Edzell, Scotland, Anchorage, Alaska, Okinawa, Japan and Ft. Meade, Maryland. He loved tennis, baseball and was a fan of the Baltimore Orioles. Anthony was also an Assistant Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America for many years.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road, Reisterstown, MD on Sunday, August 13, 2023, for visitation from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Eline Funeral Home in Reisterstown on Monday, August 14, 2023 starting at 11:00 a.m. There will be a catered reception to follow at the funeral home.

Interment will be held at a future date at Arlington National Cemetery with military honors
