Charlie truly was a terrific guy. Cathy and I would see him during the Elkridge Harford Hunt Club horse and pony show in August. He will be missed.

I was very saddened to hear of Charlie's passing. We were both members at Wakefield Valley and he was always very friendly and pleasant. He was very encouraging to me in my golf game and I will miss him. He was a very good golfer and always teamed up with Greg Leppo for the 2-man tournaments. I know he was a great friend to Charlie and will miss him greatly. My condolences to Charlie's family. He was taken far too soon.

Charlie was a simple man yet one of great virtue and integrity--honest, kind, hard-working, talented, compassionate, generous, faithful. We shall miss him deeply. Our prayers are with you, Eddie. Please know that Charlie's well-being was being prayed for in convents, monasteries, and church prayerlines all over the country. This simple, quiet man touched many lives.
