He who has gone, so we but cherish his memory, abides with us, more potent, nay, more present than the living man. Jay, Cathy, Janette,& Jeff: I am so very sorry to hear about your dad. I have so many memories of him! I'm sorry that I did not know that his funeral was here or I would have attended. All of you are in my prayers during this difficult time.

Dad, I am in shock that you left us so quickly. I am so glad I was able to make it to see you. I love you and will miss you bunches old man... In My Pocket I have memories in my pocket. They rattle among the change. My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go. They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole They give me comfort when I think I am alone. Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there. But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

Dear: Family It was a shock to us that your father had past away. We had no clue that he was sick. Your father was an angel sent on earth. He helped so many people in so many ways and never asked for a thing in return. I believe this a rare quality in someone in this day and time. I can't tell you how many things he helped my mother and me do and the things I learned along the way. I remember when we first moved to our house and our well would not run and the plumber told us we had to have a new well. Your dad came up here and cleaned our pipes out, because they had rust in them and replaced some of them with new ones and put a relay system on it. We have not had a problem since and that has been 7 years. I also remember all the times he worked on our lawn mower and cut trees, there is just too much that he gave of himself too mention. He would always say I don't want any pay, but we made sure he received something, but that was just the selfless person your father was. Mom and me always wanted to give him something for christmas and it seemed to put a light in his eyes. We drove by his place the other week and it was truly sad. We will always be grateful for your Dad's present and he will truly be missed for he was an angel here on earth to us. With sadden hearts Betty and Lisa Lawson
