Michelle joined the Eline Funeral Home in July of 2021. She is a 1994 graduate of Thiel College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She graduated in January of 1996 from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.

Michelle has been a licensed funeral director in Pennsylvania since March of 1997. She was employed as a director in Hanover, Pennsylvania for twenty years. She obtained her Maryland mortician license in March of 2017 and is also a licensed life insurance agent in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She served as a Pre-Need Director for five years in Maryland. It was during this time that she completed the NFDA Certified Preplanning Consultant Program.

She and her husband Blane reside in Hanover, Pennsylvania with their two sons', Jack and Max. In her free time, Michelle enjoys taking walks, trips to the beach and attending her son’s baseball games and other activities.
