Condolence: Dear Chris & Family, I cannot tell you how sorry we are about Dickie's passing!!! He was truly one of a kind. Always fun, caring & interested in our lives. Being the 2 younges Cousins, we were a team growing up, and had many, many great times together. Marvin & I always loved the many times you would come visit at our Farm in Frederick County. I am so glad that you guys were able to share so many memories around the World. I am sure he touched many lives. Also, I know he will be missed by many. Please know we Care and Love you and your entire Family. God Bless You All ❤️

Condolence: Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time Chris, Jen and Don, Izzy and Nick. We are standing by if you should need us in any way. We have been so very blessed to have shared over forty years as a neighbor and a friend. Throughout those years we've shared triumphs and tragedies, laughter and tears, hard times and good times. As we grieve Dick's absence, our countless fond memories will continue to celebrate his life in our hearts.

Condolence From: Howard and Angela Philbey
Condolence: We first met Rich in a very long check in queue in Sao Paulo, Brazil, 4 years ago waiting to board a cruise ship. That chance meeting resulted in a very special friendship half way around the World. On the few occasions we were able to overcome distance and get together we had lots of laughs and were regaled with many a yarn. Rich was a very special person in our lives and we will miss him dearly. We wish we could be there for you Chris at this difficult time but our thoughts and prayers are with you. To a brother by a different mother - here's cheers to you Rich. Howard and Angela in Australia

Condolence From: Rick Kemp
Condolence: He was my favorite uncle growing up and no matter what your mood Uncle Dickie would always bring a smile to your face. I regret not seeing him more but he will always be remembered as the one who could light up a room when he walks in.
So many fond memories growing up with such a cool uncle. He will be missed.
