The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Louis Maira can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: I couldn't have asked for a better boss. We rode out the end of our industry, prospered, and along the way had a lot of fun. I'll never forget the time (Oh never mind, I can't decide which of the hundreds of times which I should recall!) Thanks for everything, Louie. I hope you understood how much we all loved you.

Condolence: Janine, Michael & Family,:

Words cannot express the sorrow we feel on losing our Cousin Louis. I myself remember all the beautiful family picnics & parties we had when we were growing up. If it wasn't for Louis I would have never been able to date Sal, because he was our "Chaperone"! Too many memories & stories that would fill a book. His sense of humor was "deadly" & I remember being teased incessantly by him growing up. He was the Brother I never had. He & my late Sister Mary Jane were Godparent's to my Mary Jo. There is a very funny story behind that too. Someday I hope to tell you about it. Please know that we are grieving with you & that we are sure there was a great reception in Heaven when he arrived. You are all in our thoughts & prayers.
Much Love:

Cousins Sal & Angela Nalbone
