Suzanne Marie Sichel, 62, of Reisterstown, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2018 at the Lancaster General Hospital. Born September 30, 1955 in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of Gloria (Holzhauer) Shenk of State College, PA and the late John S. Shenk. She was the beloved wife of Michael A. Sichel, her husband of 40 years.

She was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church, and her favorite past time was playing with her grandchildren.

Surviving in addition to her husband and her mother, is son, Matthew Sichel and his wife Jessie of Manchester, MD; daughter, Rachel York and her husband Drew of Oakland, CA; sisters, Lucinda Neal of Las Vegas, NV, Mary Thorwart of State College, PA; brother, John Shenk of State College, PA; grandchildren, Rose Marie Sichel and Isaac Stickler Sichel of Manchester, MD, and Elaina Kinsella York of Oakland, CA.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, MD. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church, 15300 Dover Road, Reisterstown. Interment in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
