Condolence: To the Scaggs Family: I am so saddened to learn of Tim's passing and your loss. I knew Tim through baseball and enjoyed playing with and against him. He brought joy and remarkable energy to all and whomever he touched. My wife and I recently lost our son so we can appreciate your pain.
