Timothy Andrew Scaggs, Sr., 48, of Rosedale, was called home by the Lord to be with his son on March 25, 2018. He was the beloved father of the late Timothy A. Scaggs II. Born July 9, 1969 in Baltimore, he was the son of Owlen C. Scaggs Jr. and the late Linda (Braun) Scaggs.

He had been a project manager for FS & G Lighting. Tim enjoyed being with his family, friends and coworkers of FS & G Lighting. He also enjoyed playing softball and playing the guitar.

Surviving in addition to his father is stepson, Drew, brother Owlen C. Scaggs III and wife Robin; niece Lauren and nephews Owlen IV and Gannon; aunt Carla Hughes and husband Brian; beloved grandson of Dolores Scaggs (Mommy Scaggs) and close friends Tony Hampton and Kenny Gosnell.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main Street, Hampstead, MD. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018, 11:00 am at Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Marriottsville with Rev. Michael Roach officiating.
