Charles Elmer Brough, Jr., 81, of Manchester, passed away on March 11, 2018 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. Born March 21, 1936 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Charles and Pauline (Frazier) Brough and the loving husband of the late Sharon Louise Brough.

Before retiring, Charles worked for Port City Press as a print setter. He was an avid Orioles Fan and enjoyed attending spring training in Sarasota, FL. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Charles is preceded in death by his devoted wife of 59 years, Sharon Brough and grandson, Colin Brough.

Surviving are his daughter, Karen Ely; son, Douglas (Claudia) Brough; six grandchildren: Frances Ely, Mathew Ely, Ashton Dalessio, Ashley (Alex) Kicas, Alexander Ely, Douglas Brough; eight great-grandchildren; sister Anne Martin and husband Leamon; numerous nieces & nephews and his dog Emilee..

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Due notice will be given.
