Edna Pauline (Walter) Stocksdale, 90 of Hampstead died Monday, January 15, 2018. She was the wife of the late Levene H. Stocksdale for 43 years until his death in October 1990.

Over the years, she was a member of Dover Methodist, Baltimore Co. Baptist and Hampstead Baptist Churches. She turned her life over to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and then devoted her life to raising her children and leading them to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and reaching others with the Good News of the Gospel.

She is predeceased by her husband, Levene H. Stocksdale; daughter, Phyllis A. Stocksdale; brother, George Howard Walter; brother Charles Walter; sister, Anna Sprinkle; and sister, Jane Osbourne.

She is survived by brother, Ralph Walter of Reisterstown; daughter, Bonnie Mohr of Westminster; son Douglas Stocksdale of Hampstead; son, Allan Stocksdale and wife Tracy of Monkton; thirteen grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow with Pastor Chris Brammer officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
