Jeffrey Wayne Neal, of Hampstead, passed away on Friday, December 29, 2017 in Baltimore, MD.
He was born on September 1, 1958 to Jessie Irene Wise (nee Thomas) and Alvin C. Neal.
Mr. Neal was an independent contractor and had done various work in several states.

He enjoyed cooking, traveling, restoring homes and spending time with his family. He had a gift of the gab and made friends easily. He enjoyed life and lived it by his own rules. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Most of all, he enjoyed making those around him happier to have known him.

He is survived by his parents, Jessie Irene Wise, Alvin C. Neal and stepfather Theodore Keadle Wise; daughters, Stephanie Border and Patricia Lemay, siblings Russell Neal, Sr. of Hampstead, Randall Neal of Hampstead, Kevin Wise of Baltimore, Roxanne Ryder (nee Neal) of Hamilton, OH and Theresa Marshall (nee Wise) of Tarpon Springs, FL. Also survived by grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Friday, January 5 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead, with a funeral service beginning at 4:30 p.m. Friday. Interment will be private.
