Sister Cox

I knew Lela Cox as "Sister Cox."  In my famiily's church, Sister Cox taught teachers how to teach.

She was smart, compassonate and knew how to help people learn.  She never waiverd in her passon to help others learn to share knowlege with others.  She was a wonderful intelligent woman who always knew what she was talking about.  She was never overbaring, yet she was never intimidated by anyone, no  matter how smart they thought they might be.

Sister Cox always made everything interesting.  She was never too fancy for anyone, and I never grew tired of learning from her.

Sister Cox made her world and the communities she served better by what she did and tought.  Her absense will leave a void that cannot be filled by anyone.  She is truely irrepalacable.

Farwell Sister Cox.   I shall always remember  you for the bright and genuine soul that you were.
