Judith Ann Gardner, 60, of Westminster, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 at her home. Born November 1, 1956 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of Robert W. Rowlands of Baldwin, MO and Sandra (Neale) Lyons of Oxford, MD. She was the beloved wife of Daniel Jay Gardner, her husband of 33 years.

She graduated summa cum laude from Un. of MD and had been a bookkeeper for Allstate Leasing of Towson. She loved making quilts for family members and enjoyed horseback riding.

Surviving in addition to her husband is a son, Timothy Robert Gardner of Westminster; daughter, Michelle Lynn Rodriguez of Westminster; step granddaughters, Alicia & Riley of Westminster; brothers, Rob Rowlands of Annapolis, Steve Rowlands and wife Debbie of Bel Air and Scott Rowlands and wife Micah of Queenstown, MD; nephew, Drew Rowlands; and nieces, Carlie Rowlands, Abby Rowlands, Natalie Rowlands, Bella Rowlands and Lily Rowlands.

Memorial services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 65 Washington Road, Westminster on Thursday, November 2, 2017. Rev. Michael Glasgow will officiate.
