Agnes E. Noyes, 92, of Hampstead, passed away on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the Dove House in Westminster. Born June 27, 1925 in Bronx, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Agnes (Treiber) Billeb. Twice married, she was the wife of the late Otis E. Hopper Sr. and the late John Joseph Noyes.

She had worked 20 years at A.A.I. Corp. prior to retirement and was an active member of St/. Peter's Lutheran Church, W.E.L.C.A. and the Greenmount Sr. Center.

Surviving is daughter, Leslie P. Reynolds and husband Jim of Owings Mills; sons, Otis E. "Skip" Hopper and wife Lorrie of Manchester and Reid E. Hopper of Harve de Grace, MD; brother, Kenneth Billeb and wife Jeannette of Connecticut; sister, Rosemari Rios of Baltimore. She is also survived by three grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a brother, Everett W. Billeb and a great granddaughter.

Visitation will be held at ELINE FUNERAL HOME, 934 S. Main St., Hampstead, on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 4300 Church Road, Hampstead. Interment will be in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to the St. Peter's Lutheran Church, or to the Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.
