InaBelle H. Mahan, 95, of Hanover, PA and formerly of Towson passed away Wednesday June 7, 2017 at the Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Hanover.

Born July 17, 1921 in Hampstead, MD, she was the daughter of the late James G. and W. Alice Frank Harris. She was the wife of the late James G. Mahan.

She was a 1938 graduate of Hampstead High School. Prior to retirement, she had been employed as an office worker for B.P. Oil. She had a great love of the ocean and enjoyed visiting Ocean City and Wildwood, New Jersey. She was a Baltimore Orioles fan.

Surviving are her stepdaughter, Dianne Mahan of San Francisco, CA; stepson, Gary Mahan of New Mexico; niece, Helen M. Thompson of Hanover, PA; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her stepmother, who raised her, Hazel Cullison Harris; brothers, Forrest F. Harris and Walter Harris; and a dear friend, Virginia Skelly.

A graveside service will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in Hampstead Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Melissa Rudolph officiating.
